  • There are two parking passes for guests to park at the front of the building. These are required and must be returned to the condo.
  • The grill on the deck is electric. No open flames are allowed outdoors.
  • Fireplace is for decorative purposes only and is not available for guest use.
  • Fishing is allowed off the community docks; swimming is not allowed off the dock areas.
  • Guests may not invite anyone not staying at the property to use condo community facilities.

  • Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for processing of the refund. The refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.
