- Maximum occupancy is six guests, due to fire code.
- Minimum age to book this property is 25 years old.

- Children allowed. Property is not modified for infant/toddler safety.

- Maximum number of pets: 0.
- There are two parking passes for guests to park at the front of the building. These are required and must be returned to the condo.
- The grill on the deck is electric. No open flames are allowed outdoors.
- Fireplace is for decorative purposes only and is not available for guest use.
- Fishing is allowed off the community docks; swimming is not allowed off the dock areas.
- Guests may not invite anyone not staying at the property to use condo community facilities.
- Violation of maximum occupancy or community facility use rules will result in immediate termination of stay, no refund, and renter responsibility for any fines levied by the association.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. weeknights and 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. weekends and holidays.
Fees and Payments
- Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for processing of the refund. The refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.
